1. Booking done in expedia but hotel stuff do not reserve room for us. 2. trash from previous person left in toilet's dustbin. 3. sound proofing bad, can hear vehicles sound from road. 4. 16AUG19, receptionist duty on 7pm very helpful help us find a room although their stuff do not reserve for us.

Clean hotel with helpful staffs

The staffs are friendly. The room was clean but because it was a middle room without a window, it was quite musty. The housekeeping should pay more attention on hair which stick on the bed protector.

Very basic hotel, comfortable and clean!

Very comfortable bed and clean. Room has the basic facilities for short stay. Shops and restaurants nearby. 20min drive to town. Overall good!

Cosy hotel

Clean, comfortable room, but rather small. WIFI reception in room was good. Called reception for hair-dryer, and was informed they do not have.

30mins from Gunung Datuk

12.10pm received a staff call while we on the way back from Gunung Datuk. Telling staff that we will some delay due to time management of hiking is out of expectation. We reach hotel is about 12.45pm, staff still allowed us to refreshed before check out. Of cause we do it quickly, just taking another half an hour to settled everything. Overall is good, staff is polite, good location. Surrounding a lot of food choices and convenient store just walking distance.

quiet hotel

nearby Tesco Hyper Mart and a walk distance 7-11 thats all. Water pressure terrible. Shower water is so small and resulting heater extra hot. The BED is TRUE SPRING BED, coz YOU CAN REALLY FEEL THE SPRING. the staffs are friendly but language is a problem (not english), but couldnt be bother as long as there is a place to rest.
