Posted 31 Jul 2021 on HotelsBooked room with a kitchen when checked in turned out that room was given to someone else. Check in was pain in the bum. Receptionist wasn't helpful at all. In the morning there was another receptionist Cihan bey who was very polite and helpful. The room on the ground floor was icky everything was broken and at night was very noisy. The next day we moved to room on the first floor with the kitchen. It was better and not noisy but not enough equipment in the kitchen to cook.
