I always stayed at this hotel. I always left 5 stars. Our room this vist was on top of HAYAL restaurant that was very loud music. We couldn't sleep until 12 midnight. When I first received my room, bathroom was left dirty from the previous guest. When the cleaning lady came to clean it, she didn't clean it well again. I gave them my laundry it was only washed without ironing. This will be my last time staying hwre unfortunately.

Posted 6 Sep 2021 on HotelsThe hotel overall is good, good spa and turkish bath , rooms in first floor are not good, windows are next to the street so anyone from outside the hotel can see you and your room if you have the curtains open.
The staff are not welcoming and there is no hospitality.
My 2 words to the staff members, please smile when you speak to customers and stop looking and stairing at customers in a very weird way.
We are paying money to stay, not staying for free!!!!
