Near KLIA for morning flight. Room AC did not work correctly. Getting a car by Grab is cheaper than the hotel’s shuttle to airport. There are probably better choices in the area.

The hotel is half an hour from the airport but there is a lot of traffic to get there. There is practically nothing around the hotel and it is difficult to walk to decent restaurants. The reception staff is friendly but the same cannot be said for the restaurant and bar staff where there is a rude woman. The breakfast is terrible with cold food and little choice. The rooms have an unpleasant smell and when I entered the bathroom there was still a dirty toilet without having flushed.

I found lots of "tiny black long grain shape" - animal feces along the windowsill. I reported the issue to the hotel staffs. As for the sound proof - not working as expected. I had been awakened multiples times from the street noises in the middle of the night and the early morning. When I first walked up to the hotel room after checked in, I smelled second hand smoke along the hall way too. I would rate it as 2 stars instead of 3 stars hotel. I am really quite disappointed as the price is not cheap in Ringgit Malaysia.

I DID NOT EVEN STAY HERE. THE PLACE IS SO DIRTY- SO MANY BUGS AND NOT CLEAN. I LEFT AND DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK. DO NOT GO...SAVE YOUR MONEY..IT'S MOTEL VIBES
