I loved the ease and convenience of this hotel (once I found it). After going back and forth which which hotel to stay at, I confused the two sama sama's and Sharil was kind enough to assist me with transferring my reservation at 2 in the morning, which was so much appreciated after long travels!
The food was good, rooms were comfortable, and lots of amenities. Also nice to walk across to the airport when my flight was cancelled. My only complaint was that my room had a strong odor and I'm not sure what it was, but the rest of the hotel was fine. I would definitely stay again though due to convenience and service.

There is no mention of the hotel is inside terminal 2. Try to contact the hotel. No answer. It just a scam from this hotel

The location was extremely difficult to locate. There needs to be clearer signage throughout the airport. Lack of lounge access was very disappointing.

Wonderful transit hotel. Clean crisp linens and comforter and pillow. Water, tea and coffee packets and cookies. Many sites to pick up meals at your doorstep. Clean full bath towels and amenities. The best transit hotel i have ever stayed in! Convenients to P and Q gates. Great attached lounge.
