The WiFi was not working in our room. We complained but nothing happened.

Staff service was very bad. We came really late at night already so tired, and the receptionist did not make us feel welcome at all. There was no proper communication from him, made us wait for a good amount of time despite we were so tired. Overall, we were not satisfied from that.

Good value for price. No in-room tea and coffee. Bidet hose holder not cleaned. Nearest shopping was 12 myr return.

Not too close to airport

It’s deceiving how it says closer to KL airport but it was too far and the sorrounding is rundown.

Good airport location
