Property was very outdated. Escalator was sketchy and old. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. We didn’t feel safe so we moved hotels after the first day. I don’t recommend this place especially with family. Thankfully staff understood and allowed refund.

Nice stay. Rooms were small and shower was cold. Lift was old and wooden. Good location.

Dongdaemun Historical Park makes up for the room
Posted 1 Jun 2016 on HotelsOur room had a less than stellar view of the flea market, but it was within walking distance of some of the areas attractions which made up for it. Our bathroom floor was drenched every time a shower was taken. Not sure why they don't have, at least, some cheap shower curtains up. Aside from those complaints, it was a nice stay for a couple of nights. Nothing amazing, and nothing horrible.

Pros: The staff was friendly.
Cons: Room cleanliness.
If a room has been a smoking room, you cannot pass it off as a non-smoking room.
I was incredibly disappointed by this hotel. I reserved a non-smoking room with a view. The room that I was presented with was a smoking room with a view of a parking lot. Also, the room was dirty: from the room service menu to the bathroom. I would not recommend this to a friend.
