A Real Gem!

The staff were incredibly helpful/friendly (as I arrived with my friend, a staff member who just got off her shift offered to walk us to the building and tell us how to check in since we were running late), the rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable (their pillows were so soft), and their free luggage storage option was very convenient! Also they offered free rentals for items you might need, a fully operational kitchen/fridge storage, and the location was even more perfect than expected. Any trip I take to Seoul now, I’ll want to see if this place is available to book!

Nice place, but the staffs made a terrible mistake during the check-in process. They removed my name from their google spreadsheet and forgot what room I booked, and the room was apparently booked by someone else, and I waited for over an hour for them to come up with a solution. We ended up getting another room, which was a nice room, but we were so close to cancelling our reservation and asking for a refund. I had to ask so many times to figure out what was going on as the staffs did not voluntarily tell me about their mistakes and the situation. Kinda poor service, decent place, the worst check-in experience, good location.
