Staff have good communication skill. Great location. However temperature of the bathing water was not hot enough on the 1st night. It became better on the 2nd night.

The hotel is walking distance from Myeongdong station which makes it easy to get to from the airport. It is also within close proximity to many of the shops and street market. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Mr Jung.

O always stayed in this hotel when visit Seoul. It closed down during covid and when it opens again, nothing like before.

Very convenient location, in the middle of Myeong-dong market, shopping/restaurants are everywhere outside the hotel. 5mn walk to Myeong-dong station.
Courteous and very friendly staff!
Premium bed pillows and mattress!
Only one enhancement request: add USB plugs in the room

We were 2 adults and 2 children. It might be a bit too small for 4 people and luggage, but that's fine.
The location was perfect, superclose to the metro. Well communicated.

We used to stay there pre-Covid and decided to book back here for its convenient location and quiet end of Myeongdong.
Very sad to see that they no longer serve breakfast and beverage like they used to. Reception is also often only 1 staff manning.
