This place is so small and dirty shower room I expected more than that but not hard to trust on website pictures.

Very clean and conveniently located. Took one limousine bus from ICN to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and provided great service! Commute was easy since there was a subway station and several bus stops nearby.

I was shocked to learn that at night, they do not have the air conditioning on, instead they circulate the air from outside. As a result, I had to sleep in a hot and stuffy room. Very unacceptable for price of the room. House keeping only came for 1 day out of the 3 days I stayed.

Property was upscale and highly convenient to get to (whether to and from Gimpo or Incheon Airport, as it is right by a station on the Airport Express line). Front desk staff was professional and willing to assist.

Mapo was a great location for bus and trains, the area felt very safe especially as we are 2 women. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. Having a washer and dryer was an added bonus.
