Nice cheap stay by Seoul station for our flight the next day. Air con effective and beds comfortable. Would recommend to others looking for accommodation near Seoul Station.

Excellent location. Erik was very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable bed, and it's in a quiet location. Yet, very close to the Seoul Metro main station.

Warning do not book
Posted 4 Jul 2023 on HotelsBook 9 nights for family stay. Found hotel in rundown neighborhood. Conditions of room not acceptable(see photos) so tried to check out early. Was told by check in staff that I would have to speak to owner for refund of remaining stay, and owner only spoke Korean. Contacted hotels.com for assistance and received poor customer service. Hotels.com tried calling owner on my behalf, number was not working. Owner called me directly, spoke English fine, and said he would not refund because “he did nothing wrong.”
It took several phone calls over hours with long distance charges to get partial refund from hotels.com. Booked another hotel last minute at inflated prices to salvage rest of vacation. Hotel.com should do better job overseeing accommodations and taking care of its customers overseas.

hello..This is the owner of Seoul Station R House.The above guest made a reservation on February 3, 2023 and checked in on June 16.On the morning of June 17th, the travel schedule was changed, so I requested a cancellation/refund for the remaining schedule, and I was told that it was impossible due to regulations.That's what Expedia said.The customer has never spoken to me, the owner.One of the guests said that she spoke Korean, so I tried to talk to her about the travel schedule and if there was something that could be adjusted, I called to see if there was anything that could be discussed, but I didn't answer the phone.Rather, she threatened our manager that she would harass us by posting strange posts on the Internet with the above content, and she even asked for a refund.However, we couldn't do that due to regulations, and Expedia couldn't do that, so we gave you that guide.June in Korea is summer.The place in the picture is the bathroom window.And the picture talking about the height is the archway between the room and the room.How high should the arch be?The family room consists of two rooms.Since 2017, my house has been with many travelers from all over the world visiting Korea and Seoul in the same place.We can't satisfy every part, but we want to do our best as much as we can.Please understand if there is something you are not satisfied with in our house.I hope you have good thoughts about Korea and Seoul.thank you
