AC not working on 801 we keep on complaining they say cold weather is on the way we just need to open the window and gave us electric fan they say all rooms are same because building are old,,2nd day we insist to be move to another room still same we just open the window, another problem bathroom shower doesn’t drain right away,our vacation is a mess.

I loved the location of the hotel. Can easily catch the bus from airport. Very friendly staff

I liked that the location was convenient for shopping purposes. However, what I didn't like is that, as we walking out of the door at about 10:55 AM to go downstairs to check out, we received a call telling us that the keys had to be turned in by 11. We said that we might be a couple of minutes late, to which the reply was that we would be charged an extra day. Really? That's how sticky they are! I have been to few Asian hotels, and never have we been called prior to checking out. For that reason alone, I am NEVER stepping foot in the Savoy again. Besides, for the whole week, we never asked them to clean our room. Not impressed.

We think that he(his) made a mistake in guiding the additional 10% per hour after 15 minutes from the check-out time(11:00am). We will try to provide better service to you next time. Thank you.

Near a convience store, near bakeries that open early, near airport limo bus stop (5 mins walk), near subway stations, restaurants and shopping areas near by.

First time visiting Seoul and staying here at Savoy Hotel for 6 nights was the best decision ever! It’s very close to everything! Street food market, restaurants, buses and very walkable to a handful of tourists spots! I highly recommend!

Clean hotel, except the shower curtain had some mold on it. Good location, nice helpful staff.

Nice location near to Mydeong Shopping Area. Near Subway for quick transport to other locations.
Has an airport transfer bus for easy transfer to airport.
Room is big with space for luggage packing.
However, near the shopping district so can hear the music and street noise even after pulling the curtains.
Also the shower area is a bath tub, so have to be careful atepping in and out of the bath tub.

Close to everything you needed. Bathroom a bit dated but it did the job.
