The walk from here to the nearby market was not a bad walk. It was also a short hike to Seoul Tower.

The room was excellent and the price very reasonable. The location is slightly out of the way, though still walkable to a metro. The neighborhood is very quiet so that is a positive aspect to the slightly inconvenient location

Poor cleaning one day but mostly clean. Room size is tight for three. No tea provided. Only coffee in the morning. Like a motel instead of a hotel. Location is not bad but elderlies with slight mobility limitations need taxi services to get around.
A simple map with a few highlights of attractions would be helpful

Nice clean place to stay super close to the tower and about 10-15 min walk to the main market
