It is a kind of experience that I was expecting from my Korea visit. Staff is really very good at serving and great access to all near by facilities. If you are planning to visit Korea, it gives you everything. Easy access to subway and shopping all under one roof. I must say it was a very good decision that we took to stay here as it was our first vacation in Korea.

Room had a sewer , mold smell coming from vents, bathroom and tiolet area, intermittently.
I expressed concerns multiple times and after getting sick, breathing, burning eyes and nostrils, insisted on someone actually coming to inspect the room. Housekeeping confirmed smell, and hotel offered to change rooms but i felt too sick to stay any longer and just cut short my vacation.
Despite stating to front desk I would need a hypoallergenic room I was placed in a room with a dirty carpet and feather bedding. After that was put in a room with sewer smell. Couldn't do a third room change .At that point I was over this hotel. Left sick , wheezing with burning eyes.,chest pressure . Just miserable.
I cant believe that properties like this exist. Possibly the worst rooms are blocked for expedia.

Overall lotte hotel is good with its location and services. Room furniture like lounge chair was worn out. Power socket was still old school 2 pin round shapes.
