Perfect stay and location
Posted 1 Mar 2023 on HotelsI will start with the only negative, the stairs. It is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. But the owner will assist with getting your bags to the room.
The rest, is fabulous. The location is ideal. Steps away from the subway with all the activity of Hongdae a very short walk. But far enough to allow for a quiets night rest.
This is an officetel type location and there is so much room and conveniences. The full size refrigerator, stocked dishware, teapot, and microwave allowed us to save money by not going out for every meal and there is a convenience store next door.
The beds were very comfortable and the loft allows for plenty of room even with 4 people. Having the option of a washing machine is a huge help if trying to cut down on packing.
The owner is so accommodating. There was an error with our booking, and the 2nd bed in the loft had not been set up. He literally had it fixed in less than 10 minutes and could not have been more helpful. We also were able to check in early upon arrival. This was beyond helpful with 4 people and bags.
We were in Korea for our daughters graduation and this was the perfect location for traveling all around Seoul, whether it was walking, subway, or taxi. And returning to the room actually felt like coming home after a busy day.
We actually tried to extend our stay at this location after a change in plans, but unfortunately they were booked up. But without doubt, we know where we will stay on our next trip.

Posted 29 Aug 2019 on HotelsThe room was clean and very convenient to shopping and restaurants and things to do. It was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures on the website. The upstairs lift has very low ceilings. At 4’11” I could not stand up straight up there. The ad also does not mention that it is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. This was a real problem for my husband

First of all, thanks for staying here. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
There was a single bed in the picture. But now there is a queen bed. That’s why looks smaller.
Also I informed that the accommodation is on the 5th floor, but I guess you couldn't confirm it. We'll check to make sure that all guests are well informed.

Posted 19 Oct 2016 on HotelsVery good location, large space and cockloft, good view, nice host, Leaflet, plug and coffee tea provide. Very good place. Just only one but i'm not mind because the flat at 5th floor. I ate too full everynite its just for exercise.

Great Guesthouse in a Central but Quiet Spot
Posted 12 Sep 2016 on HotelsVery enjoyable stay in a Central but quiet spot extremely close to airport railway station with lots of restaurants nearby and live street performances during weekends and holidays. Will return to the same guesthouse next time.

清潔な点やオーナーさんについてはとてもよかったです。ただ、5階の部屋で、そこまで毎回階段で上がらないといけないことがとてもしんどかったです。特にチェックインチェックアウトの際は、荷物が多いのでとてもきついです

よほど神経質な方でなければ問題ない清潔さでした。ベッドも広く、キッチンや冷蔵庫も十分な大きさで、レンジやポット、洗濯機、石鹸やタオルも貸出があって文句無しです。日本用の変圧器やおそらく荷物の重さを計る用に体重計もありました。強いて悪い点を挙げるとすれば、トイレとシャワーがカーテン無しで同じ空間にある点と、部屋が5階にあるのにエレベーターが無い点です。駅からも近い上に、ホンデにもすぐ出られるのでとても便利でした。
