The room has no drawers to place our clothes , five nights in the same room we have to pull out our clean clothes from our luggage , and there is only one luggage stand in the room, we understand hotel rooms can sometimes be small but there is not even room to place a second piece of luggage on the floor but the worst was the smell coming from the bathroom, the smell of sewage is constant, we have to keep the bathroom door close at all time and kept the room key plugged at all time even when we head out to see the city, in order to have the bathroom fan running to reduce the awful smell, I will not stay at this hotel when I visit Seoul again, maybe the other Lotte chain hotels are not like that, I will give Lotte another chance but not the Lotte City Hotel in Myeongdong

PROS
Is located near embassy and finance district and a walkable distance to Myeongdong Street.
Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful when check in, check out and helping us to book the ride to the airport.
Housekeeping lady was very nice
CONS
Breakfast was ok but i think it needed more variety. Blueberry yogurt was very good.
The only bad thing was the elevator take very long.
