I liked how the staff are so helpful. Also, how everything is so close, like the street market at night & shops nearby.

The hotel itself is fine! Unfortunately, I was double charged for my stay. Once from Expedia and then again at the hotel. Customer service was very slow on both ends and in the end I wasn't able to get a refund. Very frustrating experience. Lesson learned: Do not choose to pay up front through Expedia.

A ton of mosquitos were found in the room and had a hard time sleeping. I petitioned for a refund and awaiting a response. I would not recommend this place until they resve my issues

And I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the pests while staying in the hotel.Unfortunately, first of all, I will tell you that it is difficult to process the refund. In the event of the appearance of pests, the hotel first determines whether the pest is living outside or inside through a specialized company, and in the case of an internal format, the room is blocked, and the specialized company conducts East Sea quarantine work to check the reappearance for three to four days before deciding whether to sell it or not.However, in the case of external forms, the route to the room is identified and checked in various directions, and if it is determined that it is not an external inflow, only quarantine treatment is implemented.Outside pests often enter the room. These pests are usually attached to several people's clothes, bags, objects, and boxes, so it is almost impossible to completely block them.The same is true for mosquitoes, so we have installed screens on the window of the room and blockers in the drain where mosquitoes can enter, minimizing their entry into the room, but it is also impossible to completely block them.Therefore, when such a situation is received, the front office recommends using pesticides or electronic mosquito scents or changes rooms to minimize inconvenience.I tried to take action by recommending various things from the hotel staff at that time, but the staff are also sorry and grateful for the understanding that the customer said it was okay. However, you have requested a full refund on the day you check out the hotel at the front, and we are sorry for all these situations because we cannot give you a helping hand.Therefore, if you visit our hotel again, we will take measures to upgrade the room and provide breakfast within the schedule for free during your stay. Once again, we ask for your understanding of the fact that we cannot give you the answer you want.Thank you

Centrally located in Myeongdong, lots of shopping and dining here but the rooms are quiet. My only complaint is that the room would get incredibly hot when we would be out as well as at night even though we set a certain temp. We would wake up to it being hotter every day.

The Skypark Central Hotel, where I paid about $300 per night, had the most uncomfortable room facilities compared to other hotels where I paid about $100 per night during my 25-day trip to Korea. The bathroom and shower facilities were very uncomfortable.

The location is excellent. There are restaurants, cafes, and within steps of the hotel. Subway stations are within closing walking distance. Staff is extremely helpful. The decor could use some updating. Will stay there again.

Hotel manager allowed early check-in for us which was greatly appreciated after an overnight flight. We were given a room with high floor as requested as well. Highly recommended to stay here.
