Beautiful hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was it not being near any subway stations. They did have a shuttle bus though. So that was good.

Our room had a leaking issue and untreated mold. The hotel was overcrowded with commercial tourist buses, which resulted in a lack of attention to customer service from the staff. It felt far from hospitable. There were no dining options available, only breakfast, which required prior registration by 10 PM. Transportation was very limited, making it feel like we were stranded in the middle of nowhere. I would not recommend this hotel.

We chose Hotel Marinabay in Gimpo because of its convenient location near an outlet mall that was within walking distance, and it also provided a shuttle bus to the airport, which was a huge plus. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown—average at best, and we wished there had been more variety in the food options. Overall, the convenience and comfort made for a decent stay, but an improved breakfast would enhance the experience.

Be careful when you make a reservation. There is no written notification my family can not access the pools. Only higer than Premiere class rooms can access the pools
