Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Short walk about 5 to 10 mins to subway "Yeoksam" station and airport bus #6703 "Josun Palace Gangnam Hotel" stop. I wish there's English instructions for the two washing machines if they include the drying function. I didn't see any dryer in the laundry room.

Was here for a business trip in gangnam..hotel is clean, staff friendly, nearby got train station about 5 mins walk. Many convenient store nearby. BBQ restaurant nearby, cafes, bagel store. Two stations and its gangnam shopping district. Will definitely comeback. Not forgetting as I’m particular with cleanliness. Hotel is clean and comfortable for me.

Hotel itself, I would give it a perfect score basically.
Cleanliness, friendliness/helpfulness of staff, accomodations, and price were all perfect.
It is a bit of a walk from the station, about 8 minutes with a hill.
