The room is too small. And the area around isn’t very good

The room was small but comfortable. There is a roof top that looked nice but it was too cold when we were there. It is conveniently located close to main attractions, transportation and food options.

Friendly staff, walkable to shops and transportation, safe for lone travellers don't let the alley put you off!

I am a first time visitor in Seoul. I chose Grid Inn because it’s near the attractions that I planned to visit. It’s very convenient indeed. Many restaurants and shopping stores are nearby. The hotel staff are very nice. They answered my questions quickly. And they gave me good suggestions when I left to airport.

The hotel is conveniently located for transport and eating options and the staff were very helpful.
Although room was small, it was very clean and comfortable and all necessary amenities were provided.
I would definitely recommend it for budget minded travellers.

We visited another city and came back to check in. They already had our luggage we had left put in our room.

Very convenient location, subway just a few steps away. Cool area for food is nearby, highly recommended to someone who wants to visit Seoul

The hotel is in a great location. Easy access to the subway and many markets and tourist sights are within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We would go back there!
