I made a cacel of reservation but hotel not accept cancel and charged payment (no show)

본 예약건은 고객님과 익스피디아측과의 예약이고 호텔측에서는 예약건에 대한 취소권한이 없습니다.본 예약 취소 문의등 호텔측에서 연락받은바 없으며, 싸이트측에서도 호텔측으로 특별한 연락을 한 경우도 없어 호텔측에서는 당일 결제가 이루어 진점 호텔은 이 예약건에 대하여 취소 권한이 없음을 다시한번 알려드립니다.

Check inn at 7pm room was ready since 3pm they put our luggage inside the room but they didn’t want to give us the key for room. Shower was very dirty, bed was very uncomfortable, it’s an hour to get to Seoul. Food is very limited for foreigners . I don’t recommend this place unless you are local and have your own transportation.

Clean room and quite new.

It is a bit hard to find the reception as it is on the 4th floor. Room is nice and clean.
