This hotel is clean but room is very small.

Enjoyable Stay. No Laundry Service on Premise

The staff was very professional and nice. They speak English well so communication was no issue. The hotel itself is really comfortable and generally well kept. The room did seem smaller than what it looked like in the photos, but still not that bad. The only thing I would comment is that there is no laundry service on premises which the description on the website indicates. They will direct you to a Coin Laundry within a hostel that is 2 blocks south of the Hotel. With that as an exception, being in Myeong-dong makes the stay great as you are located very conveniently to major attractions and neighborhoods. Would definitely stay again.

- Room Carpet was filthy and dusty. - Room was cramped and smaller then expected. - Hotel is still running heater at end March. The room is warm and stuffy. Staff said open the small windows but the traffic noise downstairs is unbearable. It’s a suffering 5 days stay for us.

3 nights in Seoul

We stayed for three nights on a brief visit. The hotel is located by Myeongdong Station and the 6001 and 6015 Airport buses stop there. Room was small but adequate but we found it next to impossible to control the room temperature. Breakfast was interesting and tasty once we’d figured out how to use the tablet to order. As usual, the note about hanging up towels if you didn’t want them changed was ignored.
