Hotel room was clean and recently renovated. Staff are amazing and helpful. Area is a bit far from tourist area but hotel and environment is quiet!

The building is very pretty, front desk staff are very helpful, extremely satisfied with our stay.
the cups were not cleaned (saw some used tissues in them) when we arrived. It was stored in a way that looks like it was unused, and the housekeeping staff would've seen it unless they check for them.
We had 4 people in the room, but almost every night, we were only given 2 bath towels, and we had to call to have more brought to our room. Wasn't bad, but annoying.
