perfect location in Hongdae

Posted 26 Aug 2020 on HotelsExtremely nice staff! they watched my bags when I showed up early before check-in and watched my bags when I checked out and went to the airport to get a rental car then even let me park my car there after I checked out for a few hours why I went to lunch and walked around

The first night, the room was very dirty, luckily, we were able to change to a bit bigger and a very clean room the next day after complaining to the manager ! The location is very good but very noisy as it located on the main traffic intersection ! Very very hot at night under central heat system ! we stayed for 7 nights and there was 1 night without internet ans wifi, no TV to watch...

I arrived late from a long day at work and then travelling. I was hungry and wanted to go to bed. I tried to bring in some fast food from McDonalds and they would not let me saying it was against their policy and that I had to order room service. The room smelled like an Abercrombie and Fitch... It was overwhelming and I had to open the window to get the smell out. There was no desk for working. Since it was a business trip this was a necessity. The room was just a raised bed and a TV. Finally, my toilet was broken both days I was there. I will never stay there again.

The room was beautiful and clean. The shower and bathroom were both very modern. It was a comfortable room and the hotel itself is very quiet. The location is amazing. It is very close to all the fun activities in Hongdae.

The room was larger than I expected. The location is great, easy walking distance to so many places and train stations.

The hotel was attractive and clean. The tv did not work - we called the front desk and they sent someone up to fix it, but the next day it did not work again. We did not call again for assistance.
There was a hot pot, but no coffee or tea packets in the room. Also, no place to hang up robe while in the shower, so we had little privacy while in the clear glass shower - this was a 3-4 person room.
