My wife chose it because she wanted to visit a church that was about 30 min. Away from the hotel via subway/train. Traffic to and from Seoul was horrible. There is no real amenities around the hotel. Phone reception was horrible using SK. The way staff check us in was weird. Front desk wanted see our passport amd a cc for deposit. Just giving reserved name/phone # was not enough. Despite asking for a cc for deposit, it was never charged for deposit. Weird. All double tree I have been to provide daily cookies but this one put a limit to one as a welcoming gift and that was it. Even though it had a kitchen but there was no near by mart to utilize the kitchen. Needless to say, i will have no use for this place ever.

Beautiful place to stay at, very clean, helpful staff. Area around is kinda boring and the walk towards the more populated area was kind of inconvenient but still would highly recommend

Uncomfortable because of the limited transportation. No subway nearby.

The hotel says they're 5 star hotel but the service or the staffs doesn't provide a service like 5 star hotel. The breakfast buffet is pretty pricy but the quality of food is low. It seems they make many kinds of dishes but there's nothing much to eat since it's hard to find a freshly made food at hotel.. And overall the staffs who work there doesn't look like trained enough to communicate the customers. They're just... unkind and unprofessional.
