EXCEPTIONAL EVENING HOSTESS WITH EXCELLENT LANGUAGE AND PEOPLE SKILLS. A TRUE CLASS ACT.

Period property that has modern facilities. A few minutes walk from the centre, in a safe and quiet sideroad and with easy onstreet parking. Comfy bed and great walk in shower.
Dinner looked good, should book in advance. Breakfast well worth 12 euros.

This is a unique and quirky hotel in a historic town with friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. We had a family suite (3 bedrooms 1 bathroom) which was as booked, and it was spot on for our needs. The hotel restaurant is beautifully set in the garden & served excellent food with good choices. It's clearly popular with non residents too, booking advised! Parking is right outside the hotel on a free public carpark. Breakfast was continental as expected with plenty of choice. The whole area is a gem - would love to come back to explore more.

Excellent find
Posted 6 Aug 2024 on HotelsVery, very pleased to have found this gem on the way to Paris and the south. It’s a great mix of old buildings with character, and everything modern that should be (eg very nice bathrooms). There is a lovely quiet garden/courtyard where you can have dinner and drinks. Breakfast is good (€12) with fresh pastries and bread from the boulangerie, although my one quibble would be that it is impossible to make a proper cup of tea with warm water from a flask!

Disappointing overall
Posted 19 Jun 2024 on HotelsWhile it was quiet and comfortable, the room felt a little "tired". There are no tea/coffee making facilities.
Despite being described as parking available, this is a public carpark or on-street nearby, and with the funfair nearby the public carpark was always full.
We didn't try the restaurant for evening meals, but breakfast was average at best, and not great value.

Sachez que toutes nos chambres sont différentes, celles-ci ne sont en rien "fatiquées" , mais peut-être que le cachet de notre relais de poste du XVème siècle n'est pas à votre goût.Pour ce qui est du parking nous ne faisons mention nul part d'un parking privé, nous indiquons juste à notre clientèle qu'un parking public et gratuit se trouve à proximité de notre établissement. Notre établissement ayant une belle fréquentation, le parking devant notre établissement est souvent rempli. Concernant le thé et le café en chambre, sachez que vous pouvez commander de 7h00 à 23h00 auprès de notre réception ou du bar des boissons chaudes que nous serons ravis de vous monter en chambre.Dommage que vous n'ayez pas testé notre restaurant, celui-ci a une belle réputation.En espérant avoir le ,plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau et donc la possibilité d'améliorer votre expérience chez nous.Sincèrement
