We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic, situated near Senggigi’s food area and conveniently close to the Gilis. The serene atmosphere added to the charm, and the beachfront access was a highlight, even though it wasn’t a private beach. The beach itself was spotless, with beautiful blue water, and the long, well-maintained pool by the beach was perfect for relaxation. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and quick to recognize guests, which made the experience even more welcoming. Breakfast was a standout feature, offering a buffet-style setup with excellent local dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed.
Although we initially experienced some inconvenience due to renovations near our room, the issue was handled wonderfully. After reporting it, the hotel manager personally addressed the situation, explained it kindly, and offered us an upgrade to a quieter and much, much better room, which we absolutely loved. This thoughtful gesture significantly improved our experience. Overall, the combination of excellent service, fantastic amenities, and great location made our stay truly memorable. We would definitely come back again. 5/5 experience!

A fabulous resort with amazing vies of the sea. The facility is well maintained, great staff who are friendly and responsive!!!! 10 out of 10 for everything!!!

We LOVED our stay at Katamaran. The hotel felt very luxurious, with super friendly staff (in particular Dwy) and they had lots of activities to offer. The views were amazing from the pool and we were very glad we chose the Ocean View Suite. It was also really nice that there were 2 options of places to eat, both had great food on offer. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff. Nice room and pools etc. breakfast was good.
