The sink faucet dripped, the shower faucet was plumbed in reverse,cold was hot and vice versa. All of the places I have stayed at had non stick spray for the waffle maker at their contential breakfast, not here. The waffles were sticking making a mess. The employee said it never does that. She pulled the spray out, sprayed the waffle maker and put it back in the drawer where nobody could use it. The waffles continued to stick

I don't think there's much unique about the Best Western in Seneca. But It scored very high for me. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom facilities, including the tub/shower were above average. The included breakfast was great. (I was only sorry that I couldn't partake on both mornings of my stay.) The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The only negative, and it was tiny and eventually resolves by the staff, was that the TV remote in the room was basically nonfunctional as the battery was close to dead. A new battery changed everything. One suggestion I would make is that the signage as to where the entrance is on Rt. 123 is not good. The big sign helps but there really needs to be a small sign, right at the bottom of the driveway, that indicates it's the Best Western driveway. It's too easy to miss.

We needed a place to spend the night, and the facilities were clean. The breakfast was good and the front desk clerk was friendly.

BED BUGS Recently stayed here with family. Let me get straight to point. Bed bugs in room caught on blanket next morning. I would not expect bed bugs in room when I am paying almost $200 a night: I understand they can come but then that is part of management to take care off. Got the room changed but my wife got bites second night. Fortunately she didn’t had bites first night. I told them they can be in other room also. After second night experience I would not stop putting this. Staff was courteous . Breakfast is kind of Ok. See the pics. Never recommend and probably will not stay in best western anymore.

The health and comfort of our guests are our top priorities, and I deeply regret that we fell short of your expectations. As you can see from our previous reviews on here and multiple other sites, bed bugs are not an issue at our hotel. We always take reports of bed bugs very seriously, and I’m sorry for the distress and discomfort this caused. As soon as you brought this to our attention, we took immediate action to change your room and addressed the issue as best we could. However, I understand that this was not enough to make your stay a pleasant one, and I sincerely apologize for that.Please know that we have a strict pest control protocol in place, and we’ve taken further steps to thoroughly inspect and treat the affected rooms, as well as adjacent areas. Upon the company’s inspection, we were not able to find any bugs or evidence of them. After thoroughly searching the room and looking into this situation such as previous guests in the same rooms, we are thinking they may be traveling in your luggage and/or things. Bed bugs are never the guest or the hotel’s fault, but as you said before, they must be addressed. Regardless, we have taken the necessary steps once a complaint has been made aware to us. Your feedback helps us improve, and we are committed to ensuring that this does not happen again.I’m glad to hear that you found our staff courteous, but I’m disappointed that your overall experience did not meet the standard we strive to maintain.
