A little crownded when we were there, but staff was super nice and everything else was great.

Liked the easy access to public (train) transportation. Did not like the deferred maintenance. Many little things needed taking care of. Mostly though the air-conditioning was set too warm with very limited ability to control.

Posted 9 Oct 2024 on HotelsThis hotel claimed that I had made a reservation with them, when in fact I had not. I was unable to prove that to their satisfaction, so I went ahead and stayed at the hotel.
When I checked in, I recalled exactly why I did not make a reservation and it was because the only single room they had available was for a handicap person.
The staff at the hotel is not to blame only their manager and online service department.
Also I found silver fish, which is an insect that lives in the sewer system, running along the baseboard of my room.

Not as close to the city center as I had hoped although surrounded by places to eat and near the U-bahn
