チェックインから丁寧な対応をして下さり気持ち良く入ることが出来ました。 部屋が寒くなったらヒーターも貸してくださり暖かくして過ごせました。 又、家族滞在の方が多いためか子供がいても安心感を持って滞在出来る宿でした。 食事の際は個室を配慮下さり、家族で気兼ね無く最高のお料理を味わうことが出来ました。 一点だけお食事処の掃除が少し甘かったので最高点は押せませんが、お忙しい中で御配慮下さった状態からすればベストなご対応でした。 宿の雰囲気やお湯も良く、次回も秋保に行く際にはリピートしたい宿でした。

やはり温泉の畳は抜群！ゆったりと入れてとても良かったです。周辺も静かだし、景色も良い！私だけかもしれないが和室は、落ち着けた。館内もゆったりしてる感で良い。家族連れが多いので安心。価格相当と思われる。また行ってみたい温泉宿です。

受付の印象やお部屋は普通でした。(少し古めのホテルだからだと思いますが…)ですが、夕食朝食ともにとても美味しくて、従業員さんたちのサービスも行き届いていました。夕食会場は個別になっていて、とても快適でした。温泉のお湯が柔らかく、泉質の良さを感じました。

1歳半の娘と家族で初めての旅行でした！ 温泉にベビーチェアや遊ぶ道具があったり、小さい子用の遊べる広場が少しあったりで、子どもがいる家庭に凄く優しい施設でした！ 布団もふっかふかで娘も私たちもぐっすり寝れました！ また来年もこちらにお世話になろうと、家族で話すくらい大満足でした！！ 有難うございました！
