The byuilding is new and nice, but the location is far away from Sendai station. If you have a large luggage, you need to climb many steps to go to the other side of the street without escalator or elevators. If you have a large luggage, consider taking a cab, despite not a long distance(8minutes’ walk). Otherwise, a big insensible type public bath is nice addition if you like a large Japanese type public bath.

One of the worst APA hotels I’ve stayed at. Awful customer service experience. We needed assistance to dispose of a broken luggage bag. Staff were extremely unhelpful and acted like we were a burden. Unfriendly and rude. Don’t book this APA Hotel. Stay away.

Location was great with a convenience store at the hotel lobby. It can be a bit tricky to get to the hotel for the first time as there is an overhead bridge. The room was comfortable and close to Sendai Station
