Clean but not able to sleep
Posted 3 Jul 2024 on HotelsIt was clean and the people were friendly. It felt very secure. There is no carpet in the capsule area so every little noise echoed all night. There was no area to eat or have snacks like the 9 hrs in Nagoya. The pillows were hard like rocks.

Also, for eating and drinking, you can use the benches on the second and third floors, but we do not have a lounge, so we apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate your valuable feedback. Very clean, plenty of toilets and showers. If you stay more than one night, you're required to check in and out every day to allow the staff to clean; luggage just stays in the your assigned locker. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby
