"I reserved a Balinese bed but was not informed that there was a charge for this. I found out that there was a charge of 150Euros for it when I was paying my bill at check out.Had I known it was this expensive I would not have reserved one. I would have preferred to have spent the 150 Euros on lunch, drinks etc which would have been better value for money. Please can you inform staff to inform customers of the cost of reserving Balinese bed "

"Ideal location for a few days away. 10 mins from the airport, a 4 minute walk to the beach. Huge selection of restaurants, bars and shops just as close. The hotel was spotlessly clean at all times. The room was cosy but well equipped and the beds very comfortable. As a room only guest, tea and coffee facilities would have been welcome in the room. All the staff that we dealt with were brilliant. So kind, helpful and on hand to help with queries/organising taxis etc. I hope to return!"

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel with attentive and courteous staff. The bathroom in the room was a little disconcerting given the semi transparent door. There was limited storage space if having a prolonged stay. We enjoyed the variety provided at breakfast and the views of the lake. No fault with the hotel itself but we had some difficulty with frequency of buses and price of taxis. "

The staff were incredible – big thanks to the team at reception, the barmen, and especially Jose and Antonio in the kitchen. Always friendly, always smiling. The hotel is clean, chill, and in a great spot. Evenings were super romantic — great sunsets, cozy restaurants, and peaceful walks by the sea. Met some cool, confident guests too, which added to the good vibes. Would definitely come back. Great place to relax and enjoy Mallorca as an adult. "

"just had a fantastic 4 night stay here, with the all-inclusive package. The food was excellent, and we never had to queue too long to get drinks. The pool area is beautiful and we never had any issue getting a sun lounger in the mornings. We used the free shuttle bus to Palmanova too which was great. The rooms are comfortable with an excellent shower."
