When we check in time, request to change to facing golf area. When we entered into the room, no coffee table, there are no room services, balcony no light, some brown stain with blood on the wall.
Not feeling good & asked the recept to help me change the room.

The front desk staff was very helpful and professional in assisting me for my check-in to the resort for a 2 night stay. Despite the official check-in time was 3 pm, I arrived early at 1.30 pm and they do the necessary arrangement for me to check-in at 2 pm instead - really appreciate their kind help and assistance in this matter. Thank you.
