Very beautiful resort. Service was genuine and everyone was always kind and respectful. Will definitely stay here again. 10/10 recommend to others.

Beautiful but slightly dated hotel. Bathing facilities could do with some updating. Dining options are limited but food is delicious and staff are almost too kind.

Service and room comfort are top tier. It is also in a prime location for Seminyak (walking distance to cafes, beach bars, malls, etc.).
My one complaint- there is sewage runoff that flows into the ocean near the lobby, which gives off an unpleasant smell. They burn incense in this area to cover it up, but it is quite potent. Luckily, our room wasn’t near this and we were able to enjoy our stay. I do think this is common for Seminyak beach hotels and would still recommend staying here.

Excellent location in that area. Easy access to beach.
Walkable distance to many shops in Semniyak.
The service was very good and staff are very friendly.

Perfect, we loved it. Warm, welcoming, beautiful (the hotel itself & staff). Incredibly private and secure but minutes away from great food, bars & beach clubs. Highly recommend, thank you
