Had an excellent stay at Haven. The staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. Syahrul and the other room cleaning staff were very attentive and were always available for help. Sarah and the restaurant staff were always asking if everything was ok. There were no issues with the rooms. The pool was nice and the hotel is close to restaurants and the beach. I stayed here 10 years ago also, and will certainly come back.

We stayed at this property in a 2 bed suite and throughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were super friendly, helpful and the suite was very spacious and immaculate.
One thing to note if you are staying in a suite, is there will be a lot of noise (from early in the morning) from children playing in the pool when it opens from about 7am. If you are looking for quiet, this may not be the best option. We weren’t able to use the pools for this reason, which was a bit of a shame.
In terms of factors within the hotels control, our stay was excellent. Great location, free shuttle to the beach, afternoon tea, great breakfast spread. Thank you.
