Not so good

Check in was not smooth. Check out was terrible. The people working at the check out desk were unprofessional.

mice stay

Hotel is a bit old but still convenient. Strangely enough, it does not provide hand towel. You have to ask for it specifically.

Nasty, worn down. Smells like mold. Hard to communicate in English. Never coming back.

Good stay in Semarang

Hotel is in a very good location, across from Paragon mall. Though the room is comfy, but its aging. The bathroom really needs more attention in cleanliness. Water stain is so pronounced on the shower curtain and bathmat; and these can be easily fixed. All staff were very friendly and helpful! Overall, we had a good stay.
