The bar could not service cocktail drinks due to not having a liquor license, only served one brand of beer (again not listed in hotel description) the breakfast did not have that much variety, too spread out throughout the restaurant rather than one general area. Food was also cold. Our room was the not the cleanest, stains on window curtains, towels were dirty with stains. Would not stay here again nor would...

"Place is great. A haven in the chaos of jakarta. Close to nice attractions, but the endless trafic and pollution of the area ruins the whole thing. But thats jakarta. Hotel is super, staff very competent and friendly, spacious rooms, beautiful pool, AND excellent breakfast... the best ive had actually!"

"We stayed at FM7 Resort near Jakarta Airport for two nights, and our overall experience was excellent! The hotel provides airport transfers and breakfast, and the service was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed. A special thanks to Operation Manager Erwin—when we were about to leave, he saw us from afar and immediately opened the door for us, asking if we needed any assistance. We had originally booked the 1 PM airport shuttle, but after checking out, we decided to head to the airport earlier. He quickly arranged it for us, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free transfer. His service exceeded my expectations! We would also like to express my gratitude to the entire team for their excellent hospitality. Highly recommend FM7 Resort and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit Jakarta!"

"Looooveeee the warm welcome from the front liner inc. the security team. Thank you for the upgrade, we enjoyed the most. Not forgotten the chocolate n cake lapis trully Indonesian treat👍.
