Clean and spacious, wifi is good. Free parking, although it’s a very tight parking space.
About 5 minutes walk to the lift.

The accommodation was warm, comfortable and clean; the beds were comfortable and the shower room was good. The balcony would have been lovely if the weather had been better while we were there and the views from the balcony are good. The property is quite conveniently located reasonably near to the centre of Selva and certainly within easy walking distance of a very good supermarket and a lot of restaurants. The staff at check-in (which happens at a hotel some way from the property) were very friendly and helpful.
However, self catering accommodation this is NOT. There are 2 electric rings and a kettle and that's it. No microwave, no oven, not even a toaster, so actually preparing any sort of meal is pretty well impossible. The other issue for us was that the parking space allocated for our apartment was well nigh impossible to actually get into - really only suitable for a small vehicle. We were able to park outside the property but then, of course, the vehicle was totally frozen up in the morning.

Posted 8 Sep 2018 on HotelsLooks nice BUT Apt 608 is basement level and damp, cold, and we had no heat. We called immediately and reply was they would relay message. Slept in cold apt, left in am to hike, and returned end of day to cold and dampness. Asked for refund thru Hotels.com- which received attention- finally. A space heater and communication that heat was repaired but would not go on until 8:00 pm. Ridiculous since towels we had used previous evening were still damp! Also, parking spot in gsragevfor that apt impossibly tight and restricted on all sides- took us 15 minutes and stress to maneuver our small car out of the spot. They offered no options when we asked for alternative spot.
