Not what we were recommended..
Posted 30 Jun 2024 on HotelsAdvertised Free Breakfast on there website but charged to breakfast at end of our 2 nite stay , we reported this to hotels.com but not received any response. we dont recommend here very basic accommodation for the price ,will stay at bruges down the road in future .Same price but breakfast and nice pool and AC.

The staff were all really great, we wanted to head to the beach so they let us stay past check out time at no charge and set us up with transfers for our next destination.
Only thing that was a real bummer and we didn’t stay long because of it is there is no A/C in the rooms and they are very hot and muggy, my husband was dying and didn’t get much sleep and the restaurant was closed for Ramadan and there were not many other options around. Breakfast was great at the hotel though

Thank you Tammy for your comment which we take note of.It's true at the moment it's quite hot and what's more, when we come in from the cold, there's a climatic shock.Between our 5 degrees and the 29 degrees here, the body needs to acclimatize.It is true that the room you had reserved did not have air conditioning in the lodge, yes. I Had a great stay, the staff was very accommodating and helpful, gave us lots of suggestions, the food was exceptionally great. they have an Italian pizza oven and iv heard from people around the Lombok that Tiki Lodge is famous for their best Pizza. They provided drop off to the airport, they also provide Mortor bike rental and have been very nice to us for our whole stay. I recomend this place is great value and good place to stay.

Beautiful Lodge, relaxing space, perfect pool. Exceptionally friendly, helpful staff. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of surf spots short scooter ride away. All abilities catered for. Would highly recommend Tiki Lodge.

Close to Selong Belanak, Mawi and Mawun
Posted 17 Apr 2017We were happy to find this hotel in southwest Lombok! It is a beautiful facility, with a wonderful staff, and was more affordable than more upscale options in the area. We were happy with the only 15 minute walk to the popular surf spot, Selong Belanak. The onsite restaurant is very good, too, with different creative specials daily and a delicious breakfast included. Highly recommend renting a moto (85k/day) and jetting 15-20 minutes out to nearby more remote beaches. A few inconveniences affected our experience a bit- limited wifi, (allows only a few users at once) no air con, and only a small fan in the room- with the mosquitos, we weren't comfortable keeping the doors open, so we were quite warm most nights (and this is just April.) Also, although credit cards are advertised as accepted, they would only take cash when we were checking out. Overall, we had a nice time but hope the Tiki Lodge makes a few upgrades for guest convenience.

Thank you for your comment of which we take note and of which we wish to bring some indication.
For the wi fi, we have it and satellite but with regards to the connections, there are currently 14 connections possible for 11 rooms but some customers take up to 4 per person and lack of civilian.
When this is the case, do not hesitate to ask the staff who will not fail to help you.
As far as Tiki is concerned, air conditioning is not provided as we have built in Eco lodge and we have premium natural ventilation, insulation and refresh by new system, rooms do not exceed in the night 24.
For payment by cb, on the site is indicated payment in cash, in the reception and in room, also briefing note.
In addition, you have an atm 800 m by the beach.

Séjour magnifique !
Posted 4 Nov 2019 on HotelsNous avions vu une émission télé sur les propriétaires de l'hôtel et leur projet de s'installer à Lombok et comme nous étions dans la région, nous avons choisi le Tiki Lodge. Nous n'y avons passé que deux nuits car notre programme nous faisait ensuite changer d'île mais nous aurions pu y rester bien plus longtemps. Les chambres et les salles de bain sont magnifiques, le jardin et la piscine ainsi que le restaurant sont parfaits. Quant au personnel, nous avons adoré l'accueuil. La nouvelle manager Becky et son équipe étaient vraiment très serviables et aux petits soins. Nous reviendront très probablement !! Et BRAVO aux propriétaires !!!

空港からは遠いが、クタビーチが近い。
Posted 10 Aug 2017 on Hotels夜遅くの到着だったため、ホテルの看板がライトアップされておらず、探すのに苦労しました。
シーツやタオルは一切交換なしでした。テレビもないし、wi Fiも繋がらない。部屋の中の照明はもう少し明るく調整できるといいですね。シャワーはお湯を出しても途中から水に変わってしまう。しかしここは島だから、こんなもんかな。スタッフはフレンドリーでした。ロケーションは、クタ・ビーチの近くで良かった。

Thank you for your comment, the hotel is well indicated but the driver you took did not know, the entrance sign is 3 m X 2m you can not make bigger
In selong belanak, there are only Tiki in Hotel the other are in homestay.
For the sheets, having myself made your room check before your arrival, I can confirm that it was in order. The service is international and also that you explain is absolutely no possible. we have a check list and a control for cleaning room.
There is no television and that is precise.
For the internet, we have the satellite and yes sometimes we are in a newly opened island it does not go like home but the connection is still 54 mbits.

Traumhafte Idylle

Pros: die Herzlichkeit der Besitzer und der Angestellten
Cons: Kühlschrank im Zimmer
Location: am Ortsrand und 10 min vom traumhaften Strand Selong Belanak
Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort wohl. Eine liebevolle kleine Anlage zum entspannen. Alles ist mit ehr viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Dort kann man in der Anlage einen Roller mieten und den ganzen Süden Lomboks erkunden. Die Besitzer gaben uns viele hilfreiche Tipps und erfüllten uns jeden Wunsch.
Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Du potentiel mais décevant

L'établissement a du potentiel mais n'est pas abouti: propreté moyenne, trous dans le mur avec tuyaux apparents, aucun article de toilette à disposition, une cuisine disponible dans la villa mais rien pour l'utiliser, pas de vaisselle ni thé ou café à disposition...
Le personnel est gentil et motivé mais n'a selon nous pas été suffisamment formé, rares sont les personnes à comprendre l'anglais.
La plage à proximité est cependant magnifique (comptez 10-15min de marche le long d'une route sans aménagements piéton)

Merci pour votre commentaire dont nous prenons bonne note.
Les produits de toilette sont dans les récipients de la salle de bain et non des articles de toilette individuels pour la réduction des dechets et l'impact porté sur l'environnement.
Pour le café et thé et les demandes, il y a le room service et il vous est servis quand vous le souhaitez à votre guise, piscine, restaurant, dans la villa.
Juste le demander à notre personnel.
Pour le tuyau dans le mur, excusez de ce désagrément mais il s'agit d'un tuyau supplémentaire tiré dans le jardin pour arroser et il manquait une pièce, cela est actuellement finalisé.
