First of all, thank you for choosing us for your stay.You stayed in our hotel for 4 nights. As I understand it, you just wrote that the bathroom was not clean enough. 4 big days you saw us all the time if you have a complaint, why didn't you tell us that.what will it save you if you stay here for 4 nights and write here.If you had seen something and told us about it, and we had fixed it, then I would have given you the right.It will not save you anything if you write here after leaving the hotel.
