Friendly welcome, lovely clean and warm room.
The evening meal was delicious and reasonably priced and the cooked-to-order breakfast was excellent.
All staff were friendly and helpful.

Unsatisfactory accommodation
Posted 25 Mar 2024 on HotelsOn arrival the room was cold and the wasn't any tea and coffee available. Once the heating was put on I was unable to reduce the temperature in the room which then made it unbearable through the night to sleep. There was very little room to maneuver round the bed which made it difficult during the night when I required the bathroom. The tiles in the bathroom looked dirty and out dated.

Posted 18 Mar 2024 on HotelsGreat value for money. Good sized comfortable family room with good facilities for an over night stay. Plenty of space, large bathroom, only issue was the heater in the bathroom we couldn’t get to work so alittle cold.

Comfy beds, good food, helpful and pleasant staff. About a 40 min drive from York city centre. Would stay here again.
