Very bad experience.
Posted 11 Aug 2019 on HotelsReaching time check out, they direct cut off the electrical too chase people. Staff too lousy. The info difference people difference word. I have booking but arrival they don’t have booking said is my problem instead of them problem.

Cons: Not sure about parking, cause just drop guest over.
Drop off guest at hotel lobby.
Paid RM2 for parking.
