"I’m very disappointed with my experience here. While the property was beautiful and clean and the onsen pools were beautiful, the service here was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I arrived to the hotel around 10 AM at which point all of the restaurants and all of the Hot Springs and the gift shop were closed. "Great Hotel with a nice view of the lake and Mount Fuji. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful with any problems occurring. There was a big japanese breakfast which was adjusted to culinary restrictions or preferences. I would highly recommend this hotel! In our opinion it was the most authentic japanese experience we had during our trip."
