"We saw all the terrible reviews on our way to this stay so we were definitely nervous! However on arrival we were relieved, from the outside and reception it is not the most glamorous hotel and if you’re expecting “hotel service” don’t, it is a very basic place, the room itself was clean and very spacious, kitchenette worked great and we saved heaps home cooking meals this week, we couldn’t work out the AC unit however the fan worked fine! "Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Barely a 3-star hotel. While the front desk staff was really nice (except for one guy), this hotel had way too many issues. The room looked outdated and dirty, the A/C was not working properly, no WiFi in our room (try a 4-day stay with teenagers and no Wi-Fi), mold in the showers. Additionally no one to talk to after 7 or 8pm because the front desk is closed. We chose this hotel because it was listed as a 4-star hotel on hotels.com, and it was not cheap, we...

"Terrible overall, we did not stay. Left upon checking in. The front desk was helpful Very hard to find the reception upon arrival. Is a huge complex, shared with other hosts. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. Very outdated, old…. bad crowd everywhere, like street trash….the room was with no double queen or king beds…. old apartments We left right away"

"Old facilities and fittings. Everything worked but it is all a bit tired. The mattress is surprisingly unsupportive but the water is hot and the bath is bigger than in most hotels. Perfectly situated if you have to go to court or if you want to take the train to Cannes "

"Liked: huge balcony, smart layout of the flat, good quality equipment, 3 fans, nice pizzerias (Pizza du Pub) Didn't like: flat itself is a bit small, kid's kit didn't include bathtub although advertised on their leaflets that it is there, broken safe box, balcony door very hard to lock therefore exposing ourselves to theft, not enough sunbeds"

"Location is solid. However, I will flag a few things: -Get ready to walk up a few stair cases inside the building depending where your room is. -at night you do hear quite a bit of street noise. I’m talking about 4,5,6am. A car driving (I think it’s some type of trash service or something at the time) -some reviews I saw before booking mentioned possible bed bugs which of course had me a bit unsettled but can confirm there were ZERO. All that being said, I would book there again. "

"The check in/check out staff are inexperienced. Check in/out takes a very long time plus they charged me twice for the same stay on my credit card. I had to write so öany emails back and forth hotel/credit card company. Very tiring and time consuming"

"I spent 4 nights at this beautiful property and I enjoyed every minute of it. This hotel is so luxurious you will not be disappointed. All the staff were so friendly and very accommodating. The area is perfect, tons of dining options and luxury stores all walking distance. I definitely recommend staying here, 10/10 experience and I can’t wait to return."
