This place was like an old 1990 scary movie. Dirty as soon I got there it was a black cat chasing a mouse right at the check in outside weird. I would never get that room there again 0 stars

Breakfast was waffles and cereal, regular coffee, no decaf. Shower was hard to turn on and would not turn off.

We had a room for a handicapped person. There was no hot water at all not even warm. The showerhead didnt move and was pointed to wall so couldnt take that way either. A handicap person could not have used this room. Our son has Down Syndrome so he is handicapped and couldnt take a shower. Breakfast was over and lights were out before 9:00. Other parts were fine, but my son to nit be able to shower and we had to take a cold shower was terrible.

Dear Guest , we truly apologize for your experience and misunderstaing. Hotel is supported by one huge boiler which feeds all rooms and we had no other complaint about hot water. It is possible that our 3 knob system may have caused user error. We have maintainance staff on duty 24/7 if we would have been informed we could have helped you out. We apologize again and hope that you will give us another opportunity to serve better. We will galdly offer you discounted rate for your future stay if you contract hotel directly and so just you are giving us another opportunity. Thank you
