What a gem, the location was exceptional, just off the edge of the main square. Staff were so helpful, the whole experience was faultless, thanks heaps,

Dear Mr. Hamel, From the Front Desk we offered to change you to other higher category rooms (we even showed them to you so you could check it out), which were not facing the Mayor Square and you did not accept it. So we don’t understand your comment in which you say that the Front Desk did nothing about it. We cant ask the concert to stop. Best regards, Hotel Spa La Casa Mudéjar.

My second year staying at La Casa Mudejar. Great Experience, with Great Customer Service. The front desk is super helpful & attentive. The rooms were clean, fresh, & comfortable. The front room with the balcony overlooking the street is great for people watching. The WiFi can be a little slow but that is my only complaint. 5/5 experience.

The hotel was lovely and in an amazing location. However, the spa is not included. I felt the photos of the place and the description were misleading.
