Terrible service.
Posted 14 Nov 2020 on HotelsBasically this hotel lobby had no air con and being open door widely big dirty leaf and dust is flushing in. Room do have some smelly and no sanitizing.
Worst is cleaner will open your door go in your room in morning even you not check out and indicated "Do not disturb".
When i try to put this complaint to lobby the staff react like nothing, told me was accident that all her reaction. i dun see feeling sorry as i was shock by thier staff who rush into my room.

Posted 6 Mar 2020 on HotelsVery nice & comfort hotel in a small town.. Felt like stay in 4-5 star hotel.. Food was good & friendly staff..
Only the air conditioning in my room is not too good even already serviced by hotel technician..
