The hotel is wonderful. It is very comfortable. The food is superb and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is very conveniently placed for the ski-bus stop, the village's pedestrianised shopping area and the railway and bus stations whilst still being peaceful. This is a real family run hotel. We love the warm welcome.

The recent renovation made a great hotel even better. The level of cuisine is very high with a selection of interesting dishes prepared to perfection.

Posted 2 Oct 2018 on HotelsExcellent. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was a joy. Marcus at the front desk was very helpful and the woman at breakfast was great! I had to leave at 4 am on Sunday 9/30 so I checked out the night before. The woman at the front desk was sorry I was going to miss breakfast on Sunday so she packed me lunchbag to take with me. The location was perfect next to the train station and the lake.
