The location was convenient for access to local flavor, and the facility appeared to be new or recently renovated, so it was clean and in general comfortable. However, due to the two-story limit on construction, we were forced to accept a ground floor suite, and in addition, were charged an excessive parking fee, which the rude receptionist was not at all apologetic about.

Loved the cleanliness and views this hotel offered. The breakfast was wonderful with many options to choose from. The only complaint would be the mattress on the pull out sofa was not comfortable at all. You could feel the frame of the sofa underneath and it was very saggy. Overall the room was wonderful and very accommodating for us.

The breakfast was excellent and the service was excellent. We chose the hotel because it was pet friendly, but missed the fine print related to the added cost of having the pet, was also surprised at the cost charged for parking on site.

Exceeded my expectations! Priced appropriately compared to other properties in the area. Extremely clean rooms, laundry on site , fitness area that was perfect and had an amazing view of red rock.

Breakfast is amazing and the menu rotates each day. Pool and hot tub is clean and well maintained. There is a gym with sufficient equipment and is also very clean. Customer service was great and will definitely return. Great location too, many restaurants down the road and great views of the red rocks. Parking is extra but lots of spacea available. Housekeeping is every second day.

We enjoyed our week stay at Residence Inn. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars was that I was disappointed in the $25 daily parking fee. We felt that it was excessive and not necessary to charge for a regular/standard, open-air, self-parking lot. Other than that, it was wonderful!

It is just far enough outside of the main part of town that it seems quieter. Great location next to a trail shuttle stop and the Red Rock Loop rd. Fully equipped kitchenette with frig, microwave and dishwasher. I would stay here again
